About the Company & Project
We are an international hospitality software company preparing our market entry in Thailand, starting from Phuket.
Our products help hotels manage their operations and online distribution, and restaurants manage reservations and table bookings. They are already used by thousands of hospitality businesses in Europe, and we are now validating product–market fit and building early traction in Thailand.
The first phase of this project focuses on customer discovery, early sales, and defining a scalable go-to-market strategy.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, multi-hat role combining market research, business development, customer interviews, early sales activities, and small marketing experiments, with the goal of understanding customer needs and shaping our Thailand market entry.
You will work closely with the project lead and be directly involved in conversations with hotels and restaurants on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and grow a structured list of potential customers, starting with independent hotels and restaurants in Phuket
* Proactively reach out to prospects, schedule and conduct interviews both in person and online
* Use customer conversations to understand needs, validate product–market fit, and identify early sales opportunities
* Learn the products in depth in order to confidently explain and demonstrate them to potential customers
* Record all business development and research activities accurately in the company CRM
* Design and run small digital marketing experiments to generate additional leads
* Actively contribute insights and recommendations to shape the Thailand market entry strategy
Candidate Profile
* Completely fluent in Thai and English, spoken and written (non-negotiable)
* Bachelor’s degree in any field
* At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in a Sales role in either tech or hospitality.
* Comfortable with cold outreach and hearing “no” frequently
* Curious, flexible, and willing to take responsibility beyond a fixed job description
* Able to work independently with limited guidance and manage priorities effectively
Contract, Compensation & Growth
* Based in Phuket
* Initial contract: 6 months
* Salary: 40,000 THB per month
* Additional sales commissions to be negotiated
* If the first phase is successful, this role can naturally evolve into a Head of Sales position in Thailand for one of our products
