The Artistic & Entertainment Director is responsible for shaping and delivering the creative and entertainment vision of Fira Beach Club, Doxa and Kipo.
The role oversees music programming, DJs, performers, event concepts, visual storytelling and the overall entertainment experience. Every activation must reflect the Fira brand while creating memorable, shareable and commercially successful experiences.
Based in Phuket, the Artistic & Entertainment Director reports directly to the Owner, General Manager and works closely with Marketing, Operations, F&B, Reservations, Security, Production and external creative partners.
The Artistic & Entertainment Director owns the planning and operational delivery of Fira, Kipo and Doxa events. All DJ selections, artist appointments, supplier commitments and related expenditure require prior approval from the Owner or General Manager.

1.Minimum three years’ experience in entertainment, artistic direction, events, hospitality, nightlife or luxury lifestyle venues.
2.Strong understanding of music, DJ programming, performance arts, event production and guest-experience design.
3.Experience managing DJs, performers, dancers, artists or creative teams.
4.Strong network within the music, entertainment or nightlife industry.
5.Excellent organizational and project-management skills.
6.Strong communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
7.Commercial understanding of event budgets, revenue and profitability.
8.Ability to work under pressure and manage several projects simultaneously.
9.Ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
10Fluent English is required. Additional languages are an advantage.
