We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to join our luxury villa team.

Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, luxury villas, hotels, guest relations, or a related field
- ⁠Friendly, professional, organized, and customer-focused
- Positive attitude with a proactive and service-minded approach
- Passionate about creating and building relationships with customers
- Excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written
- Upselling products and anticipating guests' needs
- Acting as the point of contact for villa owners
- Flexible to work various schedules, including weekends and public holidays when required
- Active and energetic personality with a genuine passion for adventure activities and travel
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and provide effective solutions
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Salary: 40,000 THB/month
