Studio Coordinator & Instructor

NuFit is opening soon within WareHaus, Phuket. This boutique women’s only studio has been designed around how women actually train, blending the Lagree Method, EMS, TRX, strength training, and mat Pilates into one premium experience. The name draws from ‘Nu’ (女), meaning ‘woman’ in Mandarin, reflecting a studio built specifically around how women train, not adapted from a men's program.

We're looking for someone to join as our Studio Coordinator & Instructor, the first face our clients meet, and someone with real potential to grow into teaching alongside our lead coach, Karolina.

What You'll Do
• Run the front desk: check-ins, bookings, client experience, setting the tone for every visit
• Train toward becoming a certified Lagree instructor, fully sponsored by us
• If you already hold a Personal Training certification, you may also help lead our women's strength training classes
• Grow with the studio. As you build your teaching certifications, your role can grow with you

What We're Looking For
• A Thai national (or eligible to work in Thailand) who's fluent in English and Thai
• 1–2 years' experience in fitness, hospitality, or a client-facing role
• Someone polished, warm, and detail-oriented, you'll be the first impression of a premium brand
• A Personal Training certification is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable working in a small, hands-on team where no two days look exactly the same
