Role Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor ensures every guest has a seamless and memorable stay, from pre-arrival to post-departure.

Key Responsibilities
Manage guest communication (pre-arrival, during stay, post-stay)

Welcome guests and provide villa orientation where required

Requirements
Experience in hospitality, concierge, or guest relations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Service-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Fluent English required (additional languages a plus)
