Resort Manager, Lost Horizons, Khao Sok

This position is perfect for an experienced hotel professional who is looking for work in a natural environment away from city hotels and the corporate hotel industry. Compensation will be good and commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
The Our Jungle group, which for 30 years has operated the most successful resorts at Khao Sok, is completing a new 20-room 4-star resort located along a spectacular riverside site away from the main resort area of Khao Sok. The ideal candidate must have relevant management experience, can be Thai or Western, can come as a couple. As the resort is scheduled to open in November 2025, experience in hotel openings would also be very valuable.

Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of employees
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, staff, and stakeholders at all levels. Thai language ability is a plus.
• Understanding of resort and tour operations in a rural setting, and the unique challenges of a remote location are preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to sustainability principles and practices.
• Open to both singles and couples.
