Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Manage budgeting, cost control, and revenue strategies to maximize profitability.

Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to achieve operational excellence and maintain staff morale.

Develop and implement menus, promotions, and service standards in collaboration with culinary and service teams.


Key Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.

In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, service standards, and customer experience management.

Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and resolve conflicts effectively.

High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence.

Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
