The Lead Architect is responsible for overseeing architectural design, project planning, and execution to ensure high-quality and innovative building solutions. This role involves coordinating with clients, engineers, and project teams to develop functional, aesthetic, and sustainable designs that align with project requirements and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Development:
1. Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion.
2. Ensure projects meet aesthetic, functional, and technical standards.
3. Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and 3D models.
- Project Management & Coordination:
1. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project feasibility.
2. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and compliance with local building codes.
3. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address design-related issues.
- Quality & Compliance:
1. Ensure all architectural work complies with industry standards and regulations.
2. Review and approve drawings, material specifications, and construction details.
- Team Leadership & Mentoring:
1. Guide and mentor junior architects and design teams.
2. Foster a collaborative work environment and encourage innovation.
