manages the administrative, technical, and financial documentation for construction or engineering projects, acting as the crucial bridge between the on-site field teams and management.

Core Responsibilities

Document & Drawing Management: Review contracts, track blueprints, and manage shop drawings. Submit and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) for any unclear design elements.

Cost & Quantity Tracking: Perform quantity take-offs, prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and track project expenses against the budget.

Procurement & Subcontractors: Request pricing from vendors, requisition material deliveries, and review subcontractor progress billings or invoices.

Scheduling & Reporting: Assist in creating and updating project master schedules, and generate regular progress and accomplishment reports.

Technical Coordination: Resolve technical queries with clients, consultants, and site supervisors to ensure work complies with building codes and standards.
