We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Consultant in Phuket, Thailand. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local real estate market and a proven track record in sales and customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and properties, and to contribute to the growth and success of our real estate business.

Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential properties and clients
•⁠ ⁠Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers to facilitate property transactions
•⁠ ⁠Provide guidance and assistance to clients in buying, selling properties
•⁠ ⁠Promote properties through various marketing channels and networking activities
•⁠ ⁠Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
•⁠ ⁠Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, property values, and legal requirements

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant or similar role
•⁠ ⁠In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market in Phuket, Thailand
•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•⁠ ⁠Strong sales and customer service orientation
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•⁠ ⁠Valid real estate license or certification is preferred
•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is desirable
•⁠ ⁠Native English speaker
