Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about hospitality? We're looking for a **full-time Property Manager** to join our team and help manage our beautiful private villas.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure villas are well-maintained, clean, and guest-ready at all times
- Conduct regular property checks and coordinate maintenance or repairs
- Supervise housekeeping, pool, and garden services
- Greet guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, and respond to their needs
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

✅ **Requirements:**
- Age **25 years old and above**
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of property maintenance and hospitality
- Organized, responsible, and guest-focused
- Able to work independently and handle emergency situations calmly
- English speaking (Thai is a plus)
