Job Description:
Join our team at Krabi International School as an Admissions Specialist and help develop our school community. The Admissions Specialist will oversee the management of the admissions process, from initial contact with prospective families through to the successful completion of enrolment. This position involves hosting school tours, overseeing admissions procedures, analysing admissions trends, contributing to marketing events such as open houses, and leading on Zoho systems, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience for prospective families while maintaining the integrity of the admissions process.

We are looking for a multilingual candidate with exceptional communication, public relations and interpersonal skills. The successful applicant will be able to use CRM programmes to support the attraction and conversion of prospective families into members of our school community. Job Benefits:

• Starting salary including allowances of 35,000 baht per month.
• On target earnings (OTE) 40,000–45,000 baht.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related role within an educational institution
• Expert English speaker and preferably Chinese.
• Strong references and a clean criminal background check.
• Previous experience in an international school or educational setting is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets or goals.
• Experience working in a dynamic and rapidly growing organisation.
