We are seeking a Sales Executive based in Phuket with experience in the Thai real estate industry to join our expanding team.

Job Description:

1. Present project information to potential clients
2. Provide advice and respond to customer inquiries
3. Coordinate and close sales according to company targets
4. Lead site tours and showrooms
5. Prepare weekly customer feedback and sales reports
6. Support sales and marketing efforts and help generate new leads
7. Deliver excellent customer service
8. Coordinate with other departments as needed
9. Handle other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
2.Excellent communication skills in English and Russian
3.Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in real estate
4.Experience in Phuket real estate is a strong advantage
5.Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations
6.Pleasant personality with a service-minded attitude and strong sense of responsibility
