● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

● Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or personnel management

● Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and related regulations
[มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงานและข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้องเป็นอย่างดี]

● Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR documentation
[มีประสบการณ์ด้านการสรรหา การบริหารงานบุคคล และการจัดทำเอกสารงานบุคคล]

● Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems

● Good command of written and spoken English
