Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a guest service, front office, or guest relations role at a supervisory level or higher.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant personality and strong customer focus.

Good command of English (both spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Service-minded, proactive, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.

Familiarity with hotel operations systems such as Opera PMS or other reservation systems is an advantage.

Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and work well under pressure.

Experience in handling guest feedback, online reviews, or guest satisfaction programs will be an advantage.
