Key Responsibilities:

• Agency Management: Act as the primary point of contact, communicate, and coordinate workflow with our outsource creative agency to ensure all social media campaigns, assets, and deliverables are aligned, on time, and match our standards.
• Content & Copywriting: Manage, write, and publish engaging content for our corporate Website and LinkedIn blog to build brand authority.
• Website SEO: Optimize website content, implement SEO best practices, and monitor search rankings to drive organic traffic.
• Graphic Design & Branding: Design internal promotional materials, in-house signage, and marketing collateral, ensuring 100% alignment with our corporate Brandbook.
• Influencer Marketing (KOLs): Handle end-to-end communication with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers, including scouting, sending outreach requests, and negotiating terms.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, Brand Coordinator, or Content Manager.
• Experience in managing/coordinating work with external creative or ad agencies.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills in English (for Website and LinkedIn).
• Solid understanding of basic SEO principles, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile (Google Maps ads).
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite) with a sharp eye for visual aesthetics and brand guidelines.
• Multitasking skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or Canva AI) to optimize marketing workflows and content generation.
