- Thai national with basic English or ability to communicate via text in English
- Strong leadership skills with experience organizing teams, enforcing standards, and holding staff accountable
- Solid knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, painting, and general repair work
- Highly responsive, proactive, and dependable
