ตำแหน่ง : Front Office Sales & Guest Experience Officer
● Good spoken English and excellent communication skills.
● Friendly, professional and customer-focused.
● Confident in sales and motivated to achieve targets.
● Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
● Previous experience in sales, hospitality or fitness is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
● Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
● Convert walk-in enquiries into memberships and sales.
● Proactively upsell existing members, increase average order value and encourage
membership extensions.
● Work towards individual and team sales targets.
● Assist with check-ins, bookings, payments and membership records.
