We are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Managing Director
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and follow up on action items
- Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2–5 years’ experience as PA or Executive Assistant
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Experience in real estate or hospitality industry is an advantage
