We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager with a strong background in luxury hotel operations in Thailand. The role oversees all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experience, financial performance, and compliance with 5-star standards, while leading diverse, multicultural teams in a high-volume environment.

Experience

1.Minimum 5–8 years of Food & Beverage experience
2.At least 3 years in a managerial role within a 4- or 5-star hotel or luxury resort in Thailand
3.Strong exposure to banquet operations, international restaurants, and high guest volumes
4. Expat OR Phuket candidates: resort, beach club, and seasonal operation experience is an advantage
5. Thai or Expat are welcomed
