The Beverage Director is responsible for the strategic planning, development, and execution of all beverage operations across the property. This role ensures exceptional beverage quality, profitability, brand consistency, and compliance with 4 - 5 Stars or luxury service standards while leading beverage teams, managing costs, curating wine and cocktail programs, and enhancing guest experience.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education

1.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, Business, or related field (preferred).
2.Professional certifications such as Sommelier (WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers) are highly desirable.

Experience

1.Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in beverage operations.
2.At least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role (Beverage Director / Head Sommelier / Bar Director).
3.Experience in 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, or high-end restaurants is essential.

Technical & Professional Skills

1.Advanced knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and global beverage trends.
2.Strong financial acumen with proven cost control and revenue optimization skills.
3.Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
4.Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
5.Proficient in POS systems, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office.
