NOW HIRING: Thai Rental Property Manager – Rawai, Phuket

We’re looking for a smart, motivated Thai national to join our team as a Rental Property Manager in Rawai, Phuket.

If you’ve got experience in property or hospitality, know your way around booking platforms, and have a flair for customer service and social media – keep reading!

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Overseeing daily operations for multiple rental properties (budget to luxury)
• Managing guest bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and communications
• Coordinating with cleaners, maintenance, and suppliers
• Managing listings across platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.
• Creating simple social media content to promote properties
• Delivering great guest experiences and keeping our reviews glowing
• Helping grow occupancy, improve operations, and boost revenue

Requirements:
• Must be Thai
• Experience in property or hospitality management
• Confident dealing with both Thai and foreign guests
• Able to speak and understand some English
• Good with tech and familiar with social media
• Organized, proactive, and reliable
• Lives in or near Rawai, or willing to relocate
• Full-time only – this is not a part-time role
• Ambitious and looking to grow – there’s lots of opportunity to earn more and take on more responsibility once you prove yourself
