- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง GM, Assistant GM หรือผู้จัดการร้านในธุรกิจ Nightclub, Beach Club, บาร์หรู หรือโรงแรม 4-5 ดาว อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี

- มีความเป็นผู้นำสูง (Strong Leadership) สามารถควบคุมสถานการณ์ที่มีความกดดันสูงและแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้อย่างดีเยี่ยม

- มีความรู้ลึกซึ้งเกี่ยวกับเครื่องดื่ม (ค็อกเทล, ไวน์, สปิริต) และเทรนด์ของธุรกิจบันเทิง/ไลฟ์สไตล์

- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีเยี่ยม (หากได้ภาษาที่สาม เช่น รัสเซีย, จีน หรือฝรั่งเศส จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ ขึ้นอยู่กับกลุ่มลูกค้าหลักของพื้นที่)

- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ และพร้อมปฏิบัติงานในเวลากลางคืน วันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ หรือวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ได้

- บุคลิกภาพดี มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ รักในงานบริการ มีเครือข่าย (Connection) หรือความเข้าใจในกลุ่มลูกค้าสายปาร์ตี้และไลฟ์สไตล์

Job Qualifications

- Experience : Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant GM in a high-volume Nightclub, Beach Club, Premium Bar, or Luxury 4/5-star Hospitality venue.

- Leadership Skills : Proven track record of strong leadership with the ability to remain calm and make decisive, effective choices in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

- F&B Expertise: Deep knowledge of beverage operations (mixology, wine, spirits) and a strong grasp of current nightlife, entertainment, and lifestyle trends.

- Communication: Excellent command of English. (Fluency in a third language such as Russian, Chinese, or French is a major advantage depending on the primary target clientele).

- Flexibility: High flexibility in working hours; must be willing and able to work late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

- Personality & Network: Charismatic, highly energetic, and deeply passionate about the hospitality and entertainment industry. Having an existing local or international network/connection within the nightlife scene is highly desirable.
