- Extensive experience (often 10+ years) in the food and beverage industry, particularly within hotels and resorts.

- Proven track record in managing multi-outlet operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and catering.

- Experience in international hospitality environments is often considered an asset.

- Financial & Operational Management: Proficiency in P&L management, budget preparation, cost control (food, beverage, labor), and inventory management.

- Ability to lead, train, supervise, and motivate teams to achieve KPIs and high service standards.

- Skills in developing marketing strategies, menu design, and implementing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

- Strong service-minded approach with a focus on guest satisfaction and handling guest complaints effectively.

- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.

- Ability to work under high pressure and with flexible schedules.
