Job Description
Sales Executive – Restaurants, Retail & Foodservice (Really Good Food Group)
Salary: 18,000–25,000 THB++ (depending on experience)
Location: Phuket and surrounding areas
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join RGF Group.
This role focuses mainly on restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, minimarts, bars and clubs, with occasional support for hotel accounts when needed.
You will represent our premium range of sausages, burgers, deli meats, and specialty food products across Phuket and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
1. Achieve sales targets in the restaurant, retail, and foodservice sector
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, bars and clubs
3. Visit customers daily to introduce products, deliver samples, and collect orders
4. Present products clearly, including quality, pricing, storage, and usage recommendations
5. Coordinate customer orders with the production, warehouse, and delivery teams
6. Manage daily route planning and maintain regular customer visit schedules
7. Prepare simple quotations, price lists, and product proposals
8. Follow up on payments, invoices, and credit terms with the accounting team
9. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
10. Maintain and update customer database and weekly sales pipeline
11. Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
12. Support hotel accounts when needed
13. Perform other tasks assigned by management

Qualifications
1. Good communication and negotiation skills
2. Experience in sales (food industry or FMCG is a strong advantage)
3. Ability to ride/drive and travel daily within Phuket and surrounding areas
4. Responsible, proactive, and self-motivated
5. Basic to intermediate English communication
6. Open to young, energetic candidates eager to learn and grow
7. Thai nationality – Female candidates are preferred
