Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel operations (Rooms Division or F&B), with at least 2–3 years in a senior management role (e.g., Director of Operations or Rooms Division Manager) within an international upscale or luxury resort environment.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Leadership Skills: Strong business acumen, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and proven success in leading and inspiring diverse teams.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English, with a strong focus on professional correspondence and cross-departmental alignment.

- Mindset: A hands-on, proactive leader with a passion for hospitality, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
