Vera Visio, a Phuket real estate agency providing rental and sale services for villas and condominiums, invites an attentive and organized administrative assistant to join the team.

Thai national only.

Responsibilities:
- administrative support, document management, meeting organization.
- incoming/outgoing correspondence processing.
- timely maintenance and updating of tables, preparation of internal reports.
- preparation and design of advertisements, property listings and presentations.
- creation of visual and text materials.
- work in Trello, Canva, CRM, Excel, Word and others.
- participation in solving current issues.

Requirements:
- High attention to detail and self-organization. Punctuality.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken - basic level or higher)
- Willingness to learn, positive attitude.
- Personal car and a driver's license.

Terms:
- Full-time employment in the office on Srisoonthorn Rd.
