Responsibilities:

As a 'Senior Manager' your main responsibility is to lead the accounting services and oversee the operations of BDO Phuket.

Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic advice to the management team and work with the team to build the brand of BDO in Phuket
- Oversee Phuket team on operational tasks.
- Supervising business services team members.
- Manage client relationships by monitoring client needs and building value into professional services.
- Draft engagement letters for new clients.
- Serve as a key point of contact on day-to-day accounting matters for the client.
- Review reports, returns, and other documents are required, including sales tax reports, year-end tax forms, monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, and other reports required by clients.
- Make recommendations on how to streamline processes for our clients.
- Provide mentoring and technical training for staff in the accounting service area.
- Participates in the area of business development.

Qualifications:
- Preferably Thai nationality.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 10+ years of experience in the field of accounting.
- Experience in managing team/supervision is a must.
- Prior experience preparing information for audits.
- Strong knowledge of the Thai Revenue Code.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to prioritize and juggle concurrent demands.
- Good command of English both verbal and written.
- Strong team leadership and collaboration
