General Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Professional Engineering License is an advantage).
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles and technical processes.
- Proficient in relevant engineering software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, Revit, or other specialized tools.
- Good understanding of safety standards and workplace regulations.
- Eager to learn and able to work under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Chief engineers in design, drafting, supervision, and technical coordination.
- Prepare reports, collect and analyze data from fieldwork or production.
- Assist in project documentation and technical drawings.
- Coordinate with other departments, clients, or contractors as assigned.
- Continuously develop technical and professional skills to advance to Engineer level.

2. Supervisor Engineer
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Engineering.
Possess a valid Professional Engineering License (Associate or Professional Engineer level is preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering or project management.
- Strong technical expertise in the relevant engineering field.
- Proven leadership, planning, and team management skills.
- Good communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of managing budgets, schedules, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of engineers and technicians.
- Plan, manage, and monitor engineering projects to ensure compliance with standards, schedules, and budgets.
- Review, verify, and approve technical drawings, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and management to achieve project goals.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
- Ensure all activities comply with safety and quality requirements.
