Competency

1. Able to lead multi kitchen & banquet operation efficiency
2. Take decision that will impact efficiency the operation/ Then report your decision to DFB
3. Demonstrate positive leadership by guiding the team with a constructive and proactive mindset.
4. Anticipates and mitigates risks Be proactive on any situation that could impact your operation negatively / evaluate possible risk and issue and find solution to fix before happen
5. Ensure to understand P&L / budget / payroll to reach hotel target & alligh with budget
6. Follow standard of the hotel, and propsoe new trends, ideas to improve general guest satisfaction.
7. Ensure to evaluate/ select potential candidate for the development/ coach-teach- train them to achieve as per development plan
8. Propose new ideas/ buffet/ promotion to drive the hotel revenue
9. Understand innovation/ new trends and implement them accordingly
10. Crisis Management, ensure to be the leader of the kitchen operation, liaise regularly with other members to share feedback and ideas

Qualification

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef

- 30 - 40 years old

- Positive attitude and professional demeanor

- Experience with large international brands is an advantage

- Proficiency in English

- Strong leadership skills

- Open-minded and adaptable

- Ability to work in a large-scale restaurant (serving over 500 breakfasts daily)

- Proficient in culinary training
