Job Overview ลักษณะงาน
The Legal Advisor will promote real estate legal services through engaging online content to expand the client base. They will build and maintain client relationships through direct outreach, social media, and walk-in inquiries. Additionally, the Legal Advisor will collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth service delivery while supporting sales conversions.
Legal Advisor จะทำหน้าที่ในการโปรโมตบริการทางกฎหมายอสังหาริมทรัพย์ผ่านคอนเทนต์ออนไลน์ที่น่าสนใจ เพื่อขยายฐานลูกค้า พร้อมสร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าผ่านการติดต่อโดยตรง โซเชียลมีเดีย และการรับลูกค้าที่ walk-in เข้ามาสอบถาม นอกจากนี้ยังประสานงานกับทีมกฎหมายภายในเพื่อให้บริการราบรื่น พร้อมทั้งสนับสนุนการปิดการขาย



Qualifications | คุณสมบัติ

- Confident, media-friendly personality with strong public speaking and camera presence
มั่นใจ บุคลิกดี พูดเก่ง กล้าแสดงออก และสามารถนำเสนอตัวเองต่อกล้องได้


- Strong communication skills in Thai and English (spoken & written)
มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีทั้งภาษาไทยและอังกฤษ (พูด-เขียน)


- Legal background or familiarity with real estate legal processes is preferred
มีพื้นฐานด้านกฎหมาย หรือเข้าใจกระบวนการกฎหมายอสังหาริมทรัพย์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ


- Active on social media platforms (IG, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok etc.)
ใช้งานโซเชียลมีเดียได้ดี เช่น IG, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok เป็นต้น


- Able to work both independently and in collaboration with other teams
สามารถทำงานได้ทั้งแบบเดี่ยวและร่วมทีมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

- Service-minded, with a strong focus on relationship-building and client satisfaction มีใจบริการ ใส่ใจลูกค้า และให้ความสำคัญกับการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ยั่งยืน
