Qualifications

1. Male or female, with a Vocational Certificate (Higher Vocational Certificate / Diploma) or above in Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Housekeeping Manager.
3. Strong knowledge and expertise in housekeeping operations and service standards.
4. Strong management skills in manpower planning, quality control, and room inspection to ensure housekeeping standards are consistently maintained.
5. Able to handle and resolve unexpected situations effectively.
6. Skilled in **budget preparation and expense control.
7.Strong leadership skills with clear communication and effective coaching abilities.
8. Good personality and positive attitude, with strong attention to detail, a passion for service, patience under pressure, and a professional work ethic.
