ตำแหน่ง : Cluster Revenue Manager
We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and strategic Revenue Manager to lead pricing, inventory, and channel management strategies to maximize revenue across all segments. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in revenue optimization, OTA platforms, forecasting, and demand-based pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR and occupancy
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
Forecast demand and adjust inventory and pricing accordingly
- Optimize distribution across OTAs, direct channels, and GDS
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing and Reservations teams to ensure alignment
- Prepare and present revenue reports and KPIs weekly/monthly
- Manage rate parity and monitor channel performance
- Analyze booking patterns and identify need periods
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue management or reservations leadership
- Strong knowledge of PMS (Opera, Protel, etc.), Channel Managers, and OTA extranets
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills
- Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage
