Qualifications
• Male and Female
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to develop and implement Sales & E-Commerce strategies to increase hotel sales and revenue.
• Good knowledge of OTA and Online Distribution platforms, such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc.
• Ability to manage Room Rates, Availability, Promotions, and Online Campaigns through OTA platforms and Channel Managers.
• Ability to analyze Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, Room Nights, Revenue, and OTA Performance.
• Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Online Promotion.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills with clients and business partners.
• Strong Sales Mindset with the ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Ability to analyze sales data and prepare Sales Reports.
• Ability to prepare Sales & E-Commerce Reports and present performance results to management.
• Good personality, strong interpersonal skills, Service Mind, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate a high level of responsibility.
• 2–3 years of experience in Hotel Sales / E-Commerce / OTA will be an advantage and will be considered a plus.
