Job Description:
The Operations Manager (Pre-Opening) plays a critical leadership role in the successful launch of new B2 Hotel properties. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations prior to and immediately after opening, ensuring the property meets brand standards, operational readiness, staffing, training, and service excellence from day one.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hotel operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Prior experience in a hotel pre-opening or new property launch is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing multi-department operations in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership, team-building, and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills in Thai and English.
- Proficiency in hotel systems (PMS, POS, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet opening deadlines.

Additional Information:
- This role requires flexibility to travel to various B2 properties across Thailand during the pre-opening phase.
- Candidates must demonstrate adaptability and the ability to lead operational excellence from zero to launch.
