Responsible for ensuring consistent implementation of OUTRIGGER’s quality, safety, and sustainability standards at the property level. This role ensures that all operations meet OUTRIGGER’s brand guidelines and comply with applicable industry regulations, with a strong focus on engineering safety (including wastewater management and Legionella prevention), food safety (HACCP compliance), safety & security, and environmental initiatives such as Green Key certification

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Quality Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field. Certifications in ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Environmental Management (ISO 14001), or Safety (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) are preferred.
• 3–5 years in quality assurance or operations management in hospitality or a similar service environment. Experience in managing cluster or multi-property operations is a strong advantage.
• Strong auditing, analytical, and reporting skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with safety standards, engineering maintenance practices, and sustainability reporting.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage cross-department collaboration, and drive culture change.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
