• Ages 30-40 Years old
• Bachelor’s degree – Tourism industry or Hotel managements is a plus
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience within a Luxury Hotel / Fine Dining Restaurant
• Exceptional people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude
• A passion for delivering exceptional, pro-active customer service
• Good level in terms of Bar & Beverage knowledges
• Good level in terms of HACCP & FOOD SAFETY
