Anona Beachfront Phuket Resort is the new center of relaxation and luxury on Patong beach, Thailand. The resort features a large shopping area with boutique shops and restaurants, as well as a souvenir shop for local artists to display their work free of charge.
ตำแหน่ง : Executive Sous Chef
1.Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
2.Strong knowledge and expertise in culinary operations and kitchen management.
3.Able to plan and control food production according to hotel standards.
4.Good knowledge of Food Cost, Menu Planning, and Inventory Control.
5.Able to maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
6.Good knowledge of Food Hygiene & Safety and kitchen sanitation standards.
7.Strong leadership and team management skills, including staff scheduling.
8.Able to solve problems, work under pressure, and lead the kitchen team effectively.
9.Creative with the ability to develop new menus and culinary concepts.
10.Good English communication skills.
11.Experience in a 4–5 star hotel or large-scale hotel operation will be an advantage.
