General Manager – Orion Healing Centre
(Thai candidates preferred)
Orion Healing Centre is seeking a grounded, experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our holistic wellness center in Srithanu, Koh Phangan.
We are preferably looking for a Thai national with strong leadership skills, cultural fluency, and experience in hospitality or wellness environments. This role requires both operational strength and emotional intelligence, as Orion is a living community, not only a business.

✨ Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations across the wellness center and restaurant
• Manage, support, and coordinate staff and department leaders
• Ensure high standards of guest experience and service
• Financial oversight including budgeting, reporting, and cost control
• Maintain schedules, systems, and operational procedures
• Act as a bridge between ownership and staff
• Foster a respectful, harmonious, and conscious work culture
???? Requirements
• Thai nationality strongly preferred
• 5 years Proven experience in hospitality, resort, or wellness management
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Financial literacy and operational competence
• Calm, solution-oriented management style
• Ability to work long-term in Koh Phangan
• English communication skills required
