Shape the Commercial Success of Three Growing Hotel Brands
We are seeking a passionate, analytical, and commercially driven professional to lead the commercial performance of our three distinctive hotel properties in Koh Samui.
This is not a traditional Sales Manager position.
At our company, Commercial is the integration of Revenue Management, Sales, Distribution, Marketing, Business Development, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Commercial Planning. We believe sustainable business growth is achieved by aligning all revenue-generating functions under one clear commercial strategy.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for analysing business performance, identifying opportunities, developing commercial strategies, preparing budgets and forecasts, optimising pricing and distribution, expanding market opportunities, and leading the successful execution of approved initiatives across all three properties.

What You'll Be Responsible For
???? Commercial Strategy & Business Planning
* Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly commercial strategies.
* Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and business results.
* Identify revenue opportunities and growth initiatives.
* Present strategic recommendations and business plans to the General Manager.
???? Revenue Management & Forecasting
* Develop pricing strategies to maximise ADR, Occupancy, RevPAR, and profitability.
* Prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and revenue analysis.
* Monitor booking pace, market demand, and business trends.
* Recommend pricing and inventory strategies based on market performance.
???? Distribution & Channel Management
* Manage OTAs, direct booking channels, website, booking engine, channel manager, travel agents, wholesalers, and other distribution partners.
* Optimise channel mix, distribution costs, and commercial performance.
* Ensure rate integrity, inventory accuracy, and distribution consistency across all platforms.
???? Sales & Business Development
* Develop business through travel agents, wholesalers, corporate accounts, groups, and strategic partnerships.
* Build long-term relationships with key accounts and industry partners.
* Conduct sales visits, networking activities, trade events, and site inspections when required.
???? Commercial Performance & Analytics
* Produce meaningful commercial reports and actionable business insights.
* Monitor KPIs, measure commercial performance, and recommend continuous improvements.
* Support business planning through data-driven analysis and forecasting.
???? Cross-functional Leadership
* Work closely with Reservations, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure commercial strategies are implemented accurately.
* Drive collaboration, accountability, and consistent execution across all three properties.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who thinks beyond day-to-day sales and understands the bigger commercial picture.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have a strong commercial mindset with strategic thinking ability.
* Understand hotel revenue management, pricing, and distribution.
* Be confident analysing business data and presenting recommendations.
* Have experience developing sales opportunities and commercial partnerships.
* Communicate effectively and collaborate across multiple departments.
* Demonstrate excellent follow-through and accountability.
* Be proactive, organised, and solutions-oriented.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Hotel Commercial, Revenue Management, Sales, Distribution, or a related leadership role.
* Multi-property experience is an advantage.
* Strong knowledge of PMS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine, OTA extranets, and hotel commercial systems.
* Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Strong written and spoken English.
