Key Responsibilities

Marketing and Brand Growth
- Develop and execute annual marketing strategies
- Plan and launch product campaigns and promotions across B2B and B2C channels
- Manage digital marketing channels (social media, email, website, SEO)
- Create marketing materials (catalogues, POS, dealer assets)
- Coordinate with international suppliers on co-marketing initiatives

Sales and Business Development
- Build and maintain relationships with dive centers, resorts, and dealers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Support in sales forecasting and product planning
- Drive retail and dealer network growth

Industry Representation
- Travel to dive centers and events across Thailand
- Conduct product training and demonstrations
- Represent the company at expos, road shows, and industry events
- Gather market and competition insights

Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years in marketing, sales, or business development
- Experience in diving, water sports, or outdoor industry preferred
- Strong digital marketing knowledge
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Fluent in English (Thai is a strong advantage)

Preferred
- Scuba certification (e.g., PADI/SSI)
- Experience with dealer/distribution networks
- Passion for diving and marine lifestyle

- 5 ½ day work week (Monday – Saturday) (High season: October – April)
- 5 day work week (Monday – Friday (Low season: May – September)
