A Villa Chef, prepares meals for guests or owners in a villa setting, requiring menu planning, sourcing ingredients, cooking, and maintaining a clean kitchen, while catering to specific dietary needs and preferences.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare menus based on guest preferences, dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.), and available ingredients.
• Prepare a variety of dishes, from simple breakfasts to elaborate multi-course meals.
• Ensure food is prepared to high standards of quality and hygiene.
• Cater to specific dietary requirements and allergies.
• Shop for fresh, good quality ingredients, potentially from local markets or suppliers.
• Manage inventory, ensuring adequate supplies are available.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to hygiene standards.
• Clean and organize the kitchen after each meal service.
• Communicate with guests to understand their preferences and dietary needs.
Provide a positive and professional dining experience.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position in the luxury villa or hotel and resort.
• Expertise in a variety of cuisines, with a focus on Thai and international dishes.
• Have ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Have your own transportation and valid car driver's license.
