About the Role
We are looking for a enthusiastic, well-groomed, and service-minded Spa Receptionist to join our team at STAY Wellbeing & Lifestyle Resort.
As the first point of contact for our Spa & Wellness Center, you will represent our high standards of hospitality. You will welcome guests, manage treatment bookings, recommend wellness packages and retail products, and ensure a seamless, relaxing experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Reception
• Warmly welcome resort guests, present consultation forms, and serve welcome drinks.
• Efficiently schedule and manage spa appointments using our booking system.
• Provide detailed information about spa treatments, massages, facials, and wellness programs.
• Communicate guest preferences, special requests, or medical conditions to therapists.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback with care, tact, and professionalism.

Sales & Administration
• Actively promote and upsell spa packages, add-on services, and retail skin/body care products.
• Process payments (cash, credit card, room charge) and handle daily cashier closing procedures.
• Maintain organized guest records, intake forms, and treatment logs.

Operations & Cleanliness
• Keep the reception, waiting lounge, and hospitality stations clean, pristine, and fully stocked.
• Monitor inventory levels for retail products and amenities, reporting shortages to management.
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures for the front desk.
• Promptly report any facility maintenance issues to engineering.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Guest Service Agent, or Cashier in a hotel, resort, or luxury spa environment.
• Languages: Good command of spoken and written English and Thai (knowledge of Russian, French, or German is a plus!).
• Tech Skills: Proficient with spa reservation/POS software and basic Microsoft Office.
• Service Mindset: Warm, outgoing personality with strong communication and upselling skills.
• Presentation: Professional, well-groomed appearance with a high sense of reliability and teamwork.
• Education: High School Diploma, Vocational Certificate, or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Spa Management, or related fields.
