Position Purpose
Provide prompt, courteous, and professional food and beverage delivery service to guest rooms while ensuring orders are accurate, well-presented, and delivered according to hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, check, and deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms promptly and accurately.
- Confirm orders, room numbers, special requests, and required condiments before delivery.
- Set up trays or trolleys and present orders professionally in guest rooms.
- Explain menu items, promote special offers, and assist guests with menu recommendations.
- Operate the POS system, present bills, and process payments correctly.
- Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve or report any concerns.
- Collect used trays, dishes, and trolleys from guest rooms and corridors.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper stock levels in the In-Room Dining service area.
- Handle food, beverages, equipment, and guest belongings carefully and responsibly.
- Follow hotel service standards, hygiene procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Support restaurant and other F&B outlets when required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisors or Management.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Diploma, technical certificate, or higher qualification in a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in In-Room Dining, F&B service, or a similar position in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Good communication skills in Thai and English.
Able to operate a POS system; knowledge of Micros is an advantage.
- Valid motorcycle or driving licence is preferred.
Service-minded, energetic, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
