WE ARE LOOKING FOR
3–5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in hospitality/resorts
Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
Proven social media and content marketing experience
Strong commercial and analytical mindset
Experience with hotel/resort websites, OTAs and direct booking channels
Creative eye for photography, video and storytelling
Good understanding of GA4, SEO and digital performance reporting
Experience with influencers/KOLs is an advantage
Excellent English communication skills
Proactive, hands-on and results-oriented
