ล้างจาน อุปกรณ์เครื่องครัว และภาชนะต่างๆ ให้สะอาด ทำความสะอาดพื้นที่ในห้องครัว เช่น พื้น ผนัง และโต๊ะเตรียมอาหาร จัดเก็บอุปกรณ์และภาชนะในที่ที่เหมาะสม ตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ก่อนและหลังใช้งาน ช่วยสนับสนุนพ่อครัวตามความจำเป็น
