Job Responsibilities:
• Quality Control: Supervise, control, and inspect photo and video outputs from all field photographers to ensure stunning angles, high clarity, and complete capture of key guest moments (zero tolerance for corrupted files or missed highlights).
• Roster & Deployment: Manage work schedules covering all activity stations (Zipline and ATV), allocating staff according to daily tourist volume and handling leave or emergency substitutions.
• Equipment & Media Management: Oversee the issuance, battery charging, maintenance, and secure handling of high-value gear (cameras, lenses, GoPros, rain covers, communication devices) strictly adhering to safety rules.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Act as the bridge between photographers and the sales/cashier team (e.g., Boom and support staff) ensuring smooth, organized, and prompt file transfers so previews are ready for sales counters instantly.
• Training & Mentoring: Train new photographers on action photography techniques, gear handling, and guest communication, while evaluating performance alongside management.
• Queue & Rotation Management: Oversee operational flow to prevent photographer delays or slow file delivery that could disrupt the sales team's closing momentum.
• Schedule & Station Assignment: Check customer session schedules in advance, allocating stationed photographers or assigning dedicated staff for VIP / large groups appropriately.
• Shift & Standby Control: Set clear standby points and rotation times to eliminate gaps between rounds (e.g., returning photographers immediately tag out the next ready shift without waiting for calls).
• Pre-check Gear Verification: Quickly inspect equipment readiness before every deployment—ensuring camera/GoPro batteries are full, memory cards are cleared, and mounts are secure to prevent dropped gear or data loss.
• Media Handover Flow: Manage the end-of-round workflow, ensuring SD cards/files are promptly uploaded to computers and handed over to the sales team systematically, guaranteeing latest-group media is ready the moment guests return to the pavilion.

Salary Range
•Base Salary: 22,000 – 28,000+ THB / month (Negotiable based on leadership experience, team management skills, and English communication proficiency).
•Incentives: Team performance commissions or overriding bonuses based on departmental sales milestones to encourage high team productivity and sales conversion support.
