ABOUT THE ROLE
• We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Sales to lead the Sales team at Novotel Phuket Vintage Park, with
potential cluster responsibilities for Novotel Phuket Resort depending on experience and scope.
• The successful candidate will drive market share and revenue through proactive account management, business development,
and strong leadership across key segments such as Wholesale, Corporate, and MICE. The role requires close collaboration with
the Marketing and Revenue teams to align commercial strategies and ensure seamless execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead, motivate, and develop the Sales team to achieve business objectives
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with market and revenue goals
• Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, travel partners, and DMCs
• Drive performance across Wholesale, Corporate, and MICE segments
• Represent the hotels at trade shows, roadshows, and industry events
• Support the preparation of business plans, forecasts, and market analyses
• Ensure strong collaboration between Sales, Events, and Operations to deliver seamless guest and client experiences
