Job description
Develop and implement a market entry or expansion strategy specifically for Russia and CIS countries and expat communities in Phuket and nearby provinces.
Identify, build, and maintain relationships with local partners, agents, distributors, or B2B clients and expat market.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Customize and localize marketing materials, content, and campaigns for Russian-speaking audiences.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. sales, marketing, product, legal, operations) to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
Oversee regulatory and compliance matters relevant to doing business in Russia.
Represent the company at international trade shows, expos, and industry events in the region.
Translate key materials (or oversee translations) and support multilingual communications as needed.
Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on market performance and KPIs.
Monitor customer feedback and ensure high levels of satisfaction for Russian clients.


Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
- Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory (written and spoken).
- Proven experience (3–5 years+) in international sales, marketing, or business development — preferably with a focus on Russia/CIS markets.
- Strong understanding of cultural, legal, and economic factors affecting business in Russia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
