ตำแหน่ง : Chief Engineer
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in engineering within hospitality or villa management
Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, pool systems) ,automation device and internet system
Proven leadership and team management skills
Experience managing multiple properties and preventive maintenance programs
Good understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
Strong problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset
Good command of English communication
